One of our favourite trips out is to the Cotswold Falconery Centre, within the Batsford Arboretum site, also a great walk any time of year. It gives a chance to take a few photographs while we enjoy the birds fly.
Over the recent 5 years or more there have been more sightings of Common Buzzards locally and up and down the A46 which is great news.
And yes I still get caught by surprise when they jump out the trees and fly across the field of view when driving. I love them telling me they are still here.
